De l’Art et des Vivres offers a cooked breakfast that is a true culinary experience, changing with the days and the seasons. Every morning, a different selection of dishes is on offer.

Alongside this cooked breakfast, a selection of carefully chosen products completes the spread: organic sourdough bread, homemade granola, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, and teas and coffees from a local roaster.

The table d’hôtes

Three evenings a week, the house offers a convivial table d’hôtes featuring a single set menu, created to reflect the changing seasons using local produce.

The cuisine is simple, expressive and generous, served at the communal table or al fresco when the weather permits. Dinner then becomes a time for sharing, where guests come together to enjoy authentic flavours in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Sunday brunch

Brunch is organised as a large communal table: a succession of dishes created using local ingredients.

Prepared using produce from the market, the garden and local growers, the dishes vary with the seasons and depending on the chef’s inspiration. Served in the garden or around the large table, brunch becomes a relaxed and convivial occasion, where guests take the time to savour their food, chat and enjoy the island’s laid-back pace.
